PLZT Polarization Camera

We developed a device to measure the Stokes parameters which represent the polarization state of the light by using a material called PLZT which is controllable from the computer.
The polarizaiton state of the light is represented by Stokes vector which is a 4D vector. PLZT is transparent ceramics, and has a birefringency depending on the voltage. First, we take an image with the camera where ND filter and PLZT is in front of it. Next, we set a linear polarizer in front of the camera, and set a PLZT in front of the ND filter. Then, we take an image with no voltage to the PLZT. When we set a certain voltage to PLZT, PLZT acts as a quarter waveplate. Here, we take an image. If we set another value of voltage to PLZT, PLZT acts as a half waveplae. We also take an image. From these four images, we calculate the parameters of Stokes vector.
