If the following error occurs at "dvipsk -Ppdf" or "dvipsk -Pdl".

dvipsk: ! Couldn't find header file _er_____.pfb

First, confirm that bluesky-dl.map exists in \usr\local\share\texmf\dvips\config\.

Open config.pdf for -Ppdf, open config.dl for -Pdl, by text editor.

Delete all texts and just write the following command in the file.

p +bluesky-dl.map
